This program provides free primary care, specialty triage, preventative health education, and mental health care to employed individuals or families who have income above the poverty guideline and are without medical insurance coverage.  The clinic accepts patients that live or work in Duval County and are without private or government funded medical insurance. One or more family members should be gainfully employed.

Tomorrow's Rainbow: Florida Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program

This program provides free annual mammogram and Pap tests to women with a cervix for residents of Duval, Baker, Clay, Nassau, and St. John’s counties.  Women must be between the ages of 50 to 64 and uninsured or underinsured.

The IM Sulzbacher Center is a homeless shelter located in Downtown Jacksonville.  They have a health clinic operated through the We Care program that will see patients for primary care and referral to specialists.
