Small Grants Program

North Florida Susan G. Komen is pleased to announce the availability of funds for a “North Florida Komen Small Grants” program during FY 2012-2013. Applications for breast cancer and breast health programs from nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies and educational institutions in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties are eligible for funding.

North Florida Komen just approved its “Large Grants” for this fiscal year. Thanks to generous contributions from our sponsors and supporters, and with gratitude to the thousands that participated in the 2011 Race for the Cure, we are able to again fund a “Small Grants” program for FY 2012-2013. Click here for the Small Grants Guidelines and application instructions.

The promise of Susan G. Komen for the Cure is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for everyone and energizing science to find the cure. North Florida Komen funds non-duplicative, community-based breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment projects for the medically underserved in North Florida.

Our Small Grants Program begins May 1, 2012 and runs until funds are depleted. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

If you have any questions please contact Ms. Jasmine Guevara by phone 904-448-7446, or email jquevara@komennorthflorida.org.
