How to Apply for Funding
Thank you for your interest in the Komen Affiliate grants program. The large grants for the 2012-13 award year have been made. The award recipients are:
- Baker County Health Department --Baker Breast Health: $20,000
- Baptist Health System --Diagnostic and Interventional Breast Imaging Financial Assistance : $20,000
- Baptist Health System—Transportation for Breast Health Care Financial Assistance: $5,000
- The Way Free Clinic, Inc.—Mammogram and Breast Health Program: $20,000
- Volunteers in Medicine Jacksonville—Breast Cancer Education, Treatment, Support and Screening: $20,000
- St. Vincent’s HealthCare Foundation—Diagnostic Breast Health Project: $20,000
- Women’s Center of Jacksonville—Bosom Buddies: $20,000
Our Small Grants Program awards begins May 1, 2012 and will be awarded on a rolling basis for the remainder of the year until all funds have been depleted. Click here for more information about the Small Grants Program.
